Administrative Dissolution of Walker's Ridge North

In 2019, Walker's Ridge North homeowners began to have questions about fake declarations that surfaced. A request to review books and records were met with legal maneuvering by then board Meghan Llewallyn, President; Chad Parramore, CFO/Treasurer; and VP/Secretary Desiree Ellsworth. 

Although Walker's Ridge North HOA Bylaws had a very broad lense for inspection:

ARTICLE XI 

BOOKS AND RECORDS 

The books, records and papers of the Association shall at all times, during reasonable business hours, be subject to inspection by any member. The Declaration, the Articles of Incorporation and the By-Laws of the Association shall be available for inspection by any member at the principal off ice of the Association, where copies may be purchased at reasonable cost.
